These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between www.uhrenreise.com and the customer. www.uhrenreise.com does not recognize any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these general terms and conditions and hereby expressly objects to them. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if UhrenReise expressly agrees to them in writing.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. All offers are subject to change and pricing errors are reserved. By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order, together with acceptance of the order, will be sent automatically immediately after submission by email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
When the goods arrive, the customer must immediately check the shipment for defects and condition. Obvious defects (externally visible damage to the package) must be reported to the transport company driver immediately in writing and also reported to us in writing within 3 days. Hidden defects that are only visible after opening the shipment must also be reported to us within 3 days. Otherwise, the statutory warranty period applies.
