Warranty
All our watches come with a 6-month warranty.
We can only be held liable for complaints if the products have been used as intended.
The warranty covers material and processing defects. In the event of damage, we will supply replacement products free of charge.
When the goods arrive, the customer must immediately check the shipment for defects and condition. Obvious defects (externally visible damage to the package) must be reported to the transport company driver immediately in writing and also reported to us in writing within 3 days. Hidden defects that are only visible after opening the shipment must also be reported to us within 3 days. Otherwise, the statutory warranty period applies.
